Qualified applicants must live within the Town of Winfield limits.
Members need to attend RDC meetings once a month, assist in following up on RDC issues, and be willing to serve a one year term.
The Redevelopment Commission meets on the third Monday of the month at 5:30 pm.
Applications to the RDC can be found here, under the Board Appointment Applications section. Applications can be dropped off at the Town Hall or emailed to the address on this webpage.

Members need to attend Sewer Board meetings once a month, assist in following up on Sewer Board issues, and be willing to serve a three year term.
The Sewer Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm.

Members need to attend Water Works Board meetings once every other month, assist in following up on Water Works Board issues, and be willing to serve a four year term.
The Water Works Board meets on the second Monday every other month at 5:30 pm.

The Town of Winfield seeks a qualified candidate to work in its Public Works Department. Primary duties for this full time position include road repair and maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance, snow plowing, mowing and operation of job related equipment.
Applicant should possess a CDL-B or higher, light mechanical ability, and must capable of working in a variety of weather conditions. Starting wage $16 - $18 per hour dependent upon qualifications.

Now Hiring Part-Time/Relief Snow Plow Operators
Pay Rate: $16.50 an hour
The Town of Winfield is looking for part-time/relief Snow Plow Driver Operators to work in its Street Department.
The ideal candidate will possess a CDL Class B or higher with air brakes endorsement, be able to work on an on-call basis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Previous plowing and salting experience preferred, experience with 2 ton dump and 11’ plow a plus. Must be able to operate backhoe-loader to load trucks. Must be insurable, BMV printout is required. Must be able to take direction and work safely and independently in extreme weather and traffic conditions.
