Located south of 117th Ave. 9 acre community park, featuring walking path, pond, two large playground apparatus, variety of swings, ADA accessible zip line, pavilion with picnic tables, and Little Free Library.

Most subdivision playground equipment is designed for young children around the ages of 2-5

Active adult supervision is recommended.
