Affidavits need to be submitted to the Building Department PRIOR to the contractor starting work.
If it is a change in General Contractor or Subcontractor, the contractor needs to be registered/licensed with the Town of Winfield PRIOR to submitting the change Affidavit and PRIOR to starting any work.
All Affidavits should be submitted with the permit, unless it is a change in General or Subcontractor.
