Free Utility Automatic Withdrawal Option

One of the most convenient ways to pay your Winfield Utility Bill is to set up automatic withdrawal from your checking account with the Town of Winfield. This is a free service that avoids credit card processing fees and ensures your payment will be made on time to avoid late fees. Monthly statements will still be sent to those who sign up for automatic withdrawal so residents can track their billing.

Print and complete the Auto-Withdrawal Application below and return it with a voided check to the Town Hall. Call or visit the Town Hall if you have any questions.

Disclaimer on Setting Up Autopay Through Your Bank:

If you chose this method of payment please be sure to set up your due date well in advance of the Town’s due date (the 24th of every month). The bank mails an actual check to the Town for your payment. The “processing” date the bank provides is not the date the payment is processed by the Town. The Town cannot process your payment until we receive the check in the mail. The Town is not responsible for payments processed late by the bank or mail delays. The payment must be received at the Town Hall on or before the due date to avoid a late penalty.
