Business License renewals

All Town of Winfield businesses need to renew their annual Business License for the term of one year, which starts January 1 and ends December 31. A separate license is required for EACH business, retail and service establishment operated and maintained in the Town of Winfield.

The 2026 Business License application can be downloaded and printed out from the file below. Please submit the completed and signed application, along with the fee of $75.00 (check or money order made payable to The Town of Winfield), by Friday, January 9, 2026. Renewal applications submitted after January 9, 2026 are subject to a late fee, and the total amount will be $150.00.

Business License renewals can be sent by MAIL or dropped off IN PERSON  to our NEW LOCATION:

Upon approval of the application, a Business License will be issued and should be displayed in your establishment.
