New Residents:
To start NEW Trash/Sewer/Stormwater Utility Services:
- Fill out the Resident Utility Form below. Once completed, submit the online form and you will receive your FIRST bill via mail and/or email.
- New residents will receive 1 garbage toter and 1 recycling toter from the Town. If requesting toters, it can take up to 2 weeks from the request date for toter delivery.
- To request additional toters, please contact Republic Services at (219) 662-8600.
Moving Out or Transferring Service:
Residents that are moving out of the Town of Winfield, or transferring Trash/Sewer/Stormwater services out of your name:
- Fill out the Resident Utility Form below. Make sure to include a closing/moving out date and an updated billing address for your FINAL bill.
