New Residents:

To start NEW Trash/Sewer/Stormwater Utility Services:

Fill out the Resident Utility Form below. Once completed, submit the online form and you will receive your FIRST bill via mail and/or email.
New residents will receive 1 garbage toter and 1 recycling toter from the Town. If requesting toters, it can take up to 2 weeks from the request date for toter delivery.

Moving Out or Transferring Service:

Residents that are moving out of the Town of Winfield, or transferring Trash/Sewer/Stormwater services out of your name:
