
Clerk-Treasurer's Office
The Town of Winfield's Clerk-Treasurer's Office is the central hub for residents, employees and businesses. They are responsible for all of the financial records of the Town.
They work with new and existing residents to establish local utility services (Trash, Water and Sewer), as well as billing and collecting for water and sewer payments. They can direct residents to the proper contacts for Water service based on where they reside within the Town of Winfield.
The Clerk-Treasure's Office also handles Business Licensing for NEW and existing businesses in the Town of Winfield. Business Licenses are renewed on an annual basis
All Town receipts are handled by the Clerk's office, as well as payment of all bills of the Town, including payroll.
The Clerk Treasurer is responsible for the minutes of all meetings of the Town Council and other boards and commissions. They are the custodian of municipal records, such as ordinances and resolutions.
