The 2026 Harvest Festival will be on Saturday, September 19th at Randolph Street Park (11900 Randolph Street) from 12 noon to 7 pm. This one of the most anticipated and largest community events of the year, drawing crowds from across Northwest Indiana and beyond. The full day of activities includes a family-friendly Entertainment Area with live music for all ages. There is also a beer garden (21 and older), a kid's craft & games area, inflatables, craft & business vendor booths and amazing food trucks!

2026 Harvest Festival Information

Highlights we are planning for 2026 include:

  • Family-Friendly Entertainment Area featuring live music:
    • 12-1pm Michael & Amber (acoustic duo)
    • 2-4pm Dirt Born Band (alternative/grunge)
    • 5-7pm Party Foul (high energy party music)
  • Crown Brewing will be hosting a Beer Garden within the Entertainment Area
  • More than 60 vendor booths with Craft and Artisan vendors, Sponsor information booths and local non-profit organizations
  • Kid’s Craft & Game Tent with pumpkin painting and carnival games and prizes
  • A Giant Inflatable Slide and Obstacle course for kids of all ages, as well as a Toddler-only bounce house
  • Delicious Food & Beverage options from local food trucks

EVENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

VENDOR BOOTH APPLICATIONS FOR REVIEW

We are currently reaching out to CRAFT & ARTISAN VENDORS directly (Do not respond to anyone on social media saying they are taking vendor applications & payments). If you are interested in being a CRAFT OR ARTISAN VENDOR at this year's Harvest Festival, complete the VENDOR application below (no payment is due with applications) and return it as soon as possible to the mvalente [at] winfield.in.gov (EVENT COORDINATOR (click)) Vendor applications will be reviewed by the Event committee, and if approved to be a vendor, you will receive more information and a registration form with payment information. (10' x 10' booth space is $50, electric is $25 per receptacle - max 2). 

NOTE - some vendor categories have already been filled and are marked in RED on the application.
