The Town of Winfield has adopted Ordinance 385, establishing Town Code Title XV, Chapter 160, entitled: “HOME RENTAL REGISTRATION AND PERMITTING PROGRAM”. All residential rental homes, units, and dwellings that are utilized as rentals, must be registered. See below for a copy of the Ordinance and Application. Applications and fees must be processed through the Clerk Treasurer's Office of the Town of Winfield.
