Parkway Trees and Landscaping

The Town of Winfield regulates the maintenance and types of bushes, trees and landscaping that homeowners or developers may have placed along the street right-of-way or in the parkway between the streets and sidewalks. Trees in these areas are the responsibility of the PROPERTY OWNER to maintain. If the PROPERTY OWNER wants to add or replace a tree in the parkway, they must contact the Town prior to doing so.
